Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Quietloop for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Quietloop
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Account Registration

To use certain features of Quietloop, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Quietloop to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

The materials on Quietloop are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall Quietloop or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Quietloop, even if Quietloop or a Quietloop authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Quietloop and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Quietloop operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
